A.J. Mahari As A Life Coach For BPD and Loved Ones

A.J. Mahari, in her writing, Ebooks and Audio Programs, Audio and Video Podcasts, and Life Coaching, when it comes to BPD, has the unique voice of someone who not only had BPD and recovered 14 years ago, but also of someone who was the adult-child of 2 borderline parents, and subsequent to her recovery from BPD had a relationship with someone with BPD/NPD. Mahari not only knows, first hand, what it feels like and is like to have BPD, to explain that to family members and loved ones. Mahari also knows what it is like to be a family member, loved one, and relationship partner of someone with BPD. Mahari understands what that feels like too. Mahari knows what recovery, on each side of BPD means, is, looks and feels like, and requires. It is from her 360-degree unique experience with BPD on both sides, and her recovery on both sides of BPD, that Mahari's work generally, and her Life Coaching, even more specifically, that she can and does offer you a more in depth and insightful understanding and compassionate brand of practical help unlike any other life coach, coaching in this area. Unlike other life coaches who bring experience either from coaching courses, or one side or the other of BPD, A.J. Mahari, with her rich life experience has found that the best coaching course she could have ever invested in turned out to be her own journey thus far in life.

Whether you have BPD or you have a BPD family member or relationship partner (or ex) A.J. Mahari has walked in your shoes. She knows your pain. She understands how to unhook from the traps on the other side of BPD just as she knows what it takes to recover from BPD.

A.J. Mahari believes that we are all right where we've chosen to be. Regardless of circumstance in life it is Mahari's mantra that how we choose to think makes all the difference as to whether we empower ourselves or not. We can direct the evolution of our emotional and spiritual journeys by surrendering to that which we cannot control getting on and staying on the path of least resistance. Adherence to the practice of Mindfulness and Radical Acceptance simultaneously is at the core of accepting responsibility for what we absolutely can shift, re-shape, and change, one moment at a time, in the here and now.

Unresolved Issues Eclipse All That the Present Moment Offers

According to A.J., "Much of what we experience is clouded by past experience, unless and until we are ready to release it. What is lost to this focus on the past and to all the unresolved issues of the past eclipses the richness of all that we can come to know and live from and through emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually."

Control Of Self Versus Control of Others or Things Outside of Self

A.J.'s philosophy when it comes to control is this: "Contol is essentially an illusion. There are thoughts, feelings, and actions, that each one of us, as individuals, have a responsibility to marshall in ways that do not impinge upon the rights or dignity of anyone else. To think that we can control, emotionally, what we usually know, intellectually, darn well we have little to no control over, is to choose to be unhappy and take action in the pursuit of misery. Control of one's self is the ultimate. And much of what one might think is self control is really surrender to a mindful, accepting, path of least resistance. Trying to control anything about anyone else is to deny yourself and that other person the dignity of being on the unfolding path of the journey that belongs exclusively to his or her soul in this life."

The Journey That Life Is

A.J. Mahari is a woman who has been on and remains on a incredible journey in her own life. She is a firm believer that it is important to trust and have faith that life is unfolding as it is meant to, whether one finds him or herself in a valley or climbing to a mountain's peak of realization and achievement.

According to A.J.'s philosophy of life - "Life is a journey not a destination. It is an unfolding journey that finds more of itself through conscious awareness and a mindful radical acceptance. Life is a journey for each human being alive. Each one of us has to make the choice to engage that journey and to patiently trust its process. We cannot control every facet of this journey. We can not make it speed up or slow down. What we can choose to do is engage it as fully as we can and make the most conscious and aware choices that we can. Life is a sacred journey. Life, in the process of living it, is as much about learning and growing, changing, evolving, and maturing toward as much peace, happiness, and balance as we can find, hold, practice, and achieve as it is about anything else."

Mahari invites you to, "Remember to be a human being and not a human doing. Remember to seek to know more about who you are what that means and why it all matters. Too many people lose too much of this sacred journey of life to what it is that they do or seek to do. There is a lot to be said for simply being - after all, perfect speed is just being there."
